ACTS was incorporated in May 2007 by Roger Cox. Roger’s more than 35 years experience working as an excavator, utility owner/operator, CEO of ARKUPS, a contract locating company, and as the CEO of Arkansas One-Call led him to the conclusion that all stakeholder groups are committed to preventing damages, but either haven’t had the opportunity or the willingness to sit at the table with other stakeholders to identify shared goals.
We are a team that believes in the power of partnership. We have a track record of creating the environment for strengthening a state’s damage prevention program to prove partnership works.
